Dessert Rhythms
Dessert Rhythms is the perfect resource for introducing challenging rhythms to students. Included is everything from whole notes to sixteenth notes and common combinations of these notes. Each rhythm is given a favorite dessert with syllables to match the rhythm. With the dessert rhythm cards comes an idea sheet of ten simple to implement but fun and creative games to play using the dessert rhythm cards. Using dessert rhythms takes the yuck out of practicing rhythm. Instead students will be begging to practice rhythm and even count out loud.
